Pricing: All prices are in Qatari Riyal (QAR). Prices and stock change often, so the price you pay is the price confirmed in your WhatsApp quote, plus the delivery charge.
Payment: We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. Bank details are shared on WhatsApp with your quote.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Times: We strive to deliver your orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Charges: Delivery is charged by distance at QAR 1 per km from our location. The exact charge is confirmed on WhatsApp before you confirm your order.
Regular Orders: Business customers can arrange regular deliveries by sharing their quantities on WhatsApp, and can change or stop them at any time by messaging us.
Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges: If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, report it on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we will exchange it.
Returns: We do not accept returns of correct, undamaged items.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, RetailerCart disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that our website, products, or services will meet your requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Liability: RetailerCart's liability for any damages arising from or related to your use of our website or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service. In no event shall RetailerCart be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

These Terms and your use of our website are governed by the laws of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Qatar.
